WORKING WITH LECTICA®
If you are interested in using our any of our assessments as a researcher, educator, consultant, coach, or counselor, please

At DTS, we specialize in creating and delivering richly informative developmental assessments. All of our assessments are designed to be embedded in virtuous cycles of learning—a series of goal–action–feedback loops that support the optimal development of knowledge and skills over time. In virtuous cycles, assessments provide rich personal feedback that helps learners (along with their teachers or mentors) select their next goal.
Educators call assessments that provide rich feedback formative assessments, and these are usually viewed as different from summative assessments, which are used to evaluate capability or provide scores for research purposes. Assessments that can be used for both purposes are rare, primarily due to the poor statistical reliability of most formative assessments. All of our developmental assessments are more than reliable enough to be used in both summative and formative contexts. See our literature page for specific articles about our assessments and the methods we use to create them.
